John Paparozzi Sr.
Owner & President
As the Owner and President of Atlantic Artisan Construction Group Inc, John Paparozzi Sr. is responsible for the overall success of the companies general contracting operation. John formed the business in 2002, developing a deep knowledge of the construction industry and all business functions over the course of his lengthy career. During the 41 years of his career, John's contributions have been instrumental in managing the historic rehabilitation of restaurants and commercial buildings throughout Charleston, as well as countless residential properties throughout the East coast.
Originally from Lodi, New Jersey, John moved to the Lowcountry in 1989. He went to the New Jersey Insititue of Technology, getting his degree in Blueprint Reading and Estimating.

Vice President
As the Vice President of Atlantic Artisan Construction Group Inc, John Paparozzi Jr. is responsible for overseeing Construction Management and Pre-construction Services. Among his various duties, John plays a key role in project planning, scheduling, cost estimating, contract administration and accounting. Working in the construction industry for 10 years, John says that his favorite part of working for the company is "seeing the transformation of a historic building after we renovate it," ultimately saying "there is nothing more rewarding than seeing people enjoy our hard work."
